Terms Conditions

1.- BOOKINGS OF TOURIST PACKAGES / TOURS:

All reservations must be made in advance. We recommend a minimum of 30 days before your arrival date (subject to availability depending on the tour to be taken and the season in which you travel). This will allow us to make all the necessary arrangements for your trip: such as hotel, transportation, and all other services included in our package. We only accept bookings made through our website or verified travel channels.

In order to make and secure your reservation with us, We just require a 50% deposit of the total amount per person and the details of each traveler. The payment would be made using the authorized payment methods of our payment platform, the other 50% of your tour will be paid in cash or with your credit card at your upon arrival in Cusco city.

Once the first part of your payment is confirmed, our booking department will send you an email confirmation, this is a guarantee document of your reservation and after you will receive this, you must double check all details are correct.

Finally, to reconfirm your reservation, you must send us the following information for each traveler who makes the trip: full name, passport number, nationality, age, and sex. If you have any type of allergies, illnesses or food restrictions, etc.

If you request nights of accommodation, the confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability, if the hotel specified in the email doesn’t available, the client will receive another one of a similar category and price.

Our company reserves the right to accept last-minute reservations (48 hours before the client’s arrival at the destination), in this situation, the company will expressly indicate the special conditions of your booking, which will include, if applicable, special hours.

These conditions must be mutually agreed upon with the client and will be evidenced by email.

It is your responsibility to indicate your arrival and departure date in advance.

2.- TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION WITH US:

For all reservations, the client must provide the following information to asperutoursadventure@gmail.com MANDATORY:

  • Full name of the client (as it appears in the passport)
  • Passport copy or photo
  • Passport number (as it appears in the passport)
  • Date of birth
  • Contact number to which we can communicate

3.- RATES:

All rates are quoted in American dollars ($US) and are subject to necessary adjustments without prior notice. Fares are final and per person.

4.- CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the client requests the cancelation of their trip, the time in advance with which the cancellation is requested will be taken into account; AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE will try to offer the clients other solution alternatives, if not accepted by the client, the paid amount will be refunded according to the following:

5.- FOR TOUR PACKAGES:

Up to 90 days before the travel date: refund of 100% of the amount paid. The clients assume money transfer expenses or other taxes.

Up to 60 days before the travel date: refund of 100% of the amount paid. Assuming the cost of Machu Picchu tickets and train tickets if already purchased. Additionally, the client will cover the expenses for money transfer or other associated taxes.

Up to 30 days before the travel date: refund of 50% of the amount paid. Assuming the cost of Machu Picchu tickets and train tickets if already purchased. Additionally, the client will cover the expenses for money transfer or other associated taxes.

After 20 days before the travel date: the program is completely non-REFUNDABLE.

6.- FOR MACHU PICCHU:

Up to 90 days before the travel date: refund of 100% of the amount paid. Assuming the cost of Machu Picchu tickets and train tickets if already purchased. Additionally, the client will cover the expenses for money transfer or other associated taxes.

Up to 60 days before the travel date: refund of 60% of the amount paid. Assuming the cost of Machu Picchu tickets and train tickets if already purchased. Additionally, the client will cover the expenses for money transfer or other associated taxes.

After 15 days before the travel date: the program is non-REFUNDABLE.

7.- FOR DAY TOURS: (EXCEPT MACHUPICCHU)

Up to 7 days before the travel date: Refund of 80% of the amount paid, assuming the expenses of money transfer or other taxes.

After 7 days before the travel date: the program is non-REFUNDABLE.

To take note: All the refunds will be done using only a PayPal account.

8.- REFUND AND RESCHEDULE POLICIES:

If the client does not show up on the day and at the agreed time of the tour, the tour will be considered NO-SHOW.

When booking packages or Machupicchu full-day tours with AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE, the cost of services not used by the passenger such as TRAIN TICKETS, ENTRANCE TICKETS TO MACHUPICCHU, MACHUPICCHU MOUNTAIN, AND WAYNAPICCHU MOUNTAIN are not refundable.

Once the entrance tickets to Machupicchu are purchased under a specific traveler name and travel date, according to the Peruvian government regulations these tickets are non-changeable and not refundable. is the same policy for train tickets.

In the case of third-party providers- like Hotels, they are not refundable if cancellation is requested 15 days before the start of the tour (NO-SHOW)- As an external company they have their own cancellation policies and we abide by them.

For all reschedules by the client; before 45 days of the start date of the tour, the following must be taken into account: THE ENTRANCE TICKETS TO MACHUPICCHU are completely non-refundable and non-modifiable. (Then you will have to pay for the new tickets); if the third party provider involved (Hotels, Train Company) allows us and there is no rate difference for the new rescheduling date, It will proceed with the rescheduling without a change penalty. In case the third-party provider does not allow it, we will have to be subject to their policies and fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep in mind that the refunds may take from 1 week to 4 weeks until it arrives in your account, we really appreciate your understanding on this matter.

9.- FACTORS OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF THE COMPANY-REASONS OF FORCE MAJEURE:

As Peru tours & Adventure will do everything possible to minimize the effects of matters beyond our control, but WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY or additional associated costs, either directly or indirectly, for matters including political disputes, unpredictable weather, blocking of highways, strikes, natural disasters, problems with the railway between Aguas Calientes – Ollantaytambo and Cusco, delayed trains, etc.

10.- IMPORTANT:

AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE is not responsible in the event that the client does not comply with instructions given by the Guide, such as when the client decides to abandon his or her group to walk off on their own.

AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE reserves the right to make rational adjustments or substitutes to the itinerary whenever it may be considered necessary or in some cases obligatory. The client’s baggage and personal possessions are their responsibility. There will be no refund for unused services as dictated by the purchased itinerary such as hotels, meals, transportation or guided tours, etc. and any other service provided in the original booking.

AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE does not assume any responsibility when the client arrives late or does not show up at all.
