1. TOUR PACKAGE AND TOUR BOOKINGS
All bookings must be made in advance. We strongly recommend booking at least 30 days before the arrival date to ensure availability and allow us to make all necessary arrangements, including transportation and other services included in your package. Availability is subject to the season and selected tour.
Bookings are only accepted through our official website or verified travel channels.To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount per person is required, along with the traveler's details. Payments must be made through our authorized payment platform. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival in Cusco, either in cash or by credit card.
Once the first payment is received, our Reservations Department will send a confirmation email. This document serves as formal proof of your booking. We recommend carefully reviewing all details upon receiving this confirmation.
To finalize your booking, you must provide the following information for each traveler:
Our company reserves the right to accept last-minute bookings (within 48 hours before arrival). In such cases, specific booking conditions, including possible schedule modifications, will be communicated via email and must be mutually accepted.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate arrival and departure details in advance.

3. PRICING POLICY
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are final and per person.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client requests a cancellation, the refund amount will depend on how far in advance the request is made. AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE will offer alternative solutions when possible, but if the client does not accept them, refunds will be issued according to the following conditions:

5. REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Clients must follow all instructions provided by guides. If a client decides to separate from the group, AS PERU TOURS & ADVENTURE is not responsible for their safety.
